Friday Night Outfit and Update

It has been tooooo long since I’ve done a blog post! I decided I want to start back up again because I love it! I have been busy with school. I am in my fourth year now, so I want to try and do good and go out with a bang. I can’t wait to be done! I feel like I’m ready to move onto the next step of my life. This summer, I worked as a summer camp coordinator, which was really fun. I will be sad not to have that job again.

I decided I would do an outfit of the day blog post because I like what I am wearing today.

Aloha

On March 12-20 I went to Maui with my boyfriends’ family. We stayed in the town of Kihei. It was such an amazing place. It was so beautiful. Our second day there we did surf lessons. Which was really fun and I could actually do it! That same evening we attended a luau. The food there was amazing!! It was so fun…I love anything that involves getting dressed up and eating ;) We went on a helicopter tour, which was very exciting for me because I had never been in a helicopter. The view was so beautiful that I teared up. We went to a few restaurants which were so yummy! I ate so much on the trip! We spent the rest of our days at the beach and pool. We also did quite a bit of shopping. All in all it was a great trip.  It was a great experience and I will never forget it.

Love Your Body Challenge

 

I haven’t had much time to post anything recently! I have been busy with school, work, and life in general. Hopefully I can try to make the time to post more often. 

As you may know, I am taking part in Tone It Up’s Love Your Body challenge. I kind of fell off the train for a bit toast week, but got back on today. Today I started my week of great :) 

Booty Call (this is what Tone It Up calls a morning workout): 40 min on the tredmill

m1: smoothie with fruit, milk, and some juice 

m2: banana muffin and strawberries

m3: subway sub with ham, tons of veggies and mustard 

m4: Luna bar

m5: chicken, salad, coleslaw, and corn

Pm workout: Zumba 

 

Now to just keep it up for the rest of the week!

Resolution Update

The following are my resolutions for 2013:

-No more pop

-Floss teeth more

-Loose 10 pounds

-Do a Tone It Up booty call 4x per week

-Do an arm workout 1x per week

 

I have not had any pop to drink so far in 2013! I have flossed my teeth more than I had before, but I am still not doing it as much as I would like to. So far I have lost 2 pounds, which is not as much as I would like, but I am working at it. As for the Booty Calls, I did 3 last week. This week, I will try to get my 4 in. I did an arm workout last week and will again this week.

There are a couple of things I could improve on, but I am doing pretty well so far.
